Last week we posted information about a listing that our team had for 3164 Mccarron Crescent located in Meadowvale in Mississauga. This listing was gorgeous complete with 3 bed rooms, remodeled with dark bamboo hardwood, custom kitchen with granite and a walk out basement. However it needed a bit of help to get sold!
When we acquired this listing it had previously been listed as a For Sale By Owner. The owner was having troubles selling it and came to our team to have it SOLD.

Initially it had been listed on the market for 61 days at $419,900.00 as a For Sale By Owner Listing. There had been no marketing done for this listing, and no professional photographer, and no staging added to it.
Our team went to the home last Wednesday January 2nd. The following day we had professional photos taken of this listing and listed the very next day. We applied our marketing and staging strategies, which we provide for our listings as a Full Service Agency. For our listing at 3164 Mccarron Crescent we provided professional and informative feature sheets at the Open House for attendees', massive and quick web exposure, informative listing information on MLS, a virtual tour, and much more!
We hosted an Open House Sunday the 6th and Sunday Night we sold this property. The property had been listed with us at $414,500.00 and was actually sold for $417,700.00 …. A total of $3200.00 over asking price in just 2 days on the market!!

Our client was very happy with the results of the sale having been over asking, and a one month closing negotiated. The marketing and staging tools that we use to sell homes proved very effective in this situation.
